If you don't know the Rules, then Justice is denied because you don't know the rules and must hire a lawyer and hope you get a good one who won't take your money but not do all that needs to be done to win for you. [There's a reason why there are more lawyer jokes than jokes about all the rest of the professions put together. You have a right to know the rules of justice. It is your #1 Right.]

The Rules of Court are Fair

The rules are fair.

They are fair because they apply equally to both sides in every legal battle. They are frequently abused by lawyers and sometimes ignored by judges, but the rules are fair, and those who learn them and learn how to use them are able to control lawyers and judges to get Justice.

The rules properly applied prevent cheating.

The rules properly applied protect innocence.

The rules properly applied promote Peace.

The Higher Rules

The rules of court obey higher rules.

The higher rules guide us in our everyday lives (or should but too often do not - and that's when trouble strikes).

The higher rules direct our courts (or should but too often do not, because you The People do not yet know the rules and thereby permit bad actors to cheat and pervert the Principles of Justice and undermine the Peace that all of you desire).

The higher rules are easy to learn. Rules like:

The Golden Rule - do only to others what you'd have done to yourself.
He who claims must prove what he claims.
He who prevents justice is not entitled to justice.

Most of us know these and other higher rules already.

Most of us were taught them while we were still children.

Too many, however, were not taught as children, rules that need to be taught to all of us, young and old alike, and as soon as humanly possible!

Without them chaos rules and government is tyranny.

#1 Rule of Court

Innocence must be Protected

That's the main reason we have Rules - to protect the innocent.

That's why we have courts.

Courts exist to protect the innocent.

The Rules of Court are designed with our #1 Rule foremost above all others.

Every rule is secondary to our #1 Rule.

Every rule must be made to obey our #1 Rule.

Every act, every law, every court decision, everything our leaders do that violates our #1 Rule is illegal and foreign to the Amerian Spirit.

Long ago an ancient judge proclaimed, "It is better that one man should die than that the entire nation should suffer." He was wrong. He was not an American. He had no idea what America is or what America stands for (or should stand for once again). He plotted with others to have an innocent man murdered by thugs so he could continue to enjoy his preeminent position in society, dine on the finest food, drink the finest wine, sleep in the softest bed, and rule with an iron hand contrary to Justice.

We Americans must never permit such judges to rule us.

We must work together to ensure that our #1 Rule is enforced in every court, in our Congress and state legislatures, and in every agency of our executive offices.

Our #1 Rule is that the innocent be protected!

It is up to every one of us to fight with all we have, even to the death if need be, to prevent our government and its leaders from violating our #1 Rule.

Our #1 Rule is the heart and soul of America. It is why our forebears came here in the first place. They were escaping tyranny where innocence was trampled by kings who ruled with an iron hand, where religious liberty and freedom of speech were impossible, where ownership of private property depended on your connections in society, where the American Dream was unknown.

The Founders of America had a different idea.

Their plan was to honor our #1 Rule and create a government where every one of us would be protected by laws that protect innocence and honor the invidual, regardless how rich or poor, how socially connected, or anything else that might cause any one of us to be treated differently than others.

Much of that idea is lost in America today, but by learning this and the other Rules that we offer for your contemplation, you and others can and will restore our #1 Rule by teaching Justice to your children and to every adult who chooses to know what it means to be an American.

Our #1 Rule ensures that each and every one of us has equal rights.

Rights that must be protected by every agency of our government.

Rights we can enforce by learning the Rules of Court and how to use them to command judges to do what our laws require.
